Soo this week has been interesting... we almost had a hurricane down here, just stayed a tropical storm but we got tons of rain!! I had to go in to work and face the elements while the rest of my family got to stay in and sleep ....oh well.
Work has been ho-hum lately, I just don't feel motivated anymore at my job which I hate saying that. We did a get a bonus which was really nice so I was happy about that. I just want to finish school and move on. Speaking of school we have our final Monday and then we are done!!! WOOHOO!!!I'm excited about that. Then I'll have like 2 weeks off then I'm back.
Wedding planning is going along. I went tonight and talked to chick about doing my hair and make up for the big day! I'll post pics of it later. It's gonna be really pretty I think. We are going to do my hair trial when I get my bridal portraits done, probably in November (it's just tooo hot to do them any sooner and my dress weighs a ton, I don't want to be sweaty looking in my pictures!!)
This weekend, FI and I are going to go register and Bed, Bath and Beyond!! I CAN"T WAIT!!! We were going to decorate the kitchen 50s style, but we've decided against that and are going to go for a more European German look. We found these adorable Pfaltzgraff plates that will go perfect and they just look like they belong in the kitchen of a little german home in the countryside!! =) I just hope FI gets excited about doing it, I'm sure he will though once he gets that little gun in his hand!! hehe
My mom also bought us a patio set!! It's adorable!! It has two bar stools and then the table is bar stool height!! It was on sale at Kohls plus her coupon (like always) soo she got an awesome deal on them!! =) She also was informed that the people who are going to throw our shower are going to do it in January, which I think is great. It'll give people enough time to be done with all of the christmas hooplah and everything!! I can't wait!!!
As far as the dieting is going, it's going. I've jogged the past two days, 2.8 miles each soo I've been feeeling good about that. I couldn't go Monday or Tuesday because of the weather. I've been eating good too I think. Pretty much a slim fast in the morning, then my apple, for lunch a lean cuisine or lean pocket and then for supper I'll have whatever has been cooked which mostly has been healthy. My mom started going to a "fat" doctor and soo she's cooking all healthy healthy recipes. Pretty much either chicken or fish, no carbs. She can't have fruits or dairies or beef, which sux for her. I have to have my fruit, I just love it!! Especially on hot days, it's sooo good to have some cold watermelon or cantoloupe!!
